Sales Experience/Customer Service

As a Sales Experience Administrator, you are responsible for providing the Margot Elena Companies and Collections level of customer support and service. In this vital role, you contribute to improving our client’s overall customer experience with Margot Elena Companies and Collections, should a challenge need to be resolved. This role requires a strong sales aptitude, a keen sense of fiscal analytics with an acute intuitive nature for responding to our passionate customer base. The focus of this role is to provide a thoughtful, and effortless solution to customer challenges, while supporting the bottom-line of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of a vibrant and growing sales team, the Sales Experience Administrator will perform a variety of duties related to the primary objective of consistent success in the customer experience of products and services:

  • · Answering incoming phone calls from Wholesale and Retail customers
  • · Taking and processing orders
  • · Processing returns
  • · Finding store locations for retail customers
  • · Selling and entering orders to wholesale and retail accounts
  • · Creating resolution requests to address shipping issues, quality control items, damages, etc.
  • · Work closely with Regional Account Executives, and High Profile Account Executives to ensure consistent client communication
  • · Call and email customers on a regular basis
  • · Brand responsibility, to include email correspondence and confirmation
  • · Taking general company inbound calls and emails, and directing to the correct party
  • · Accurately logging all daily activities into company CRM
  • · Assist other departments when needed
  • · Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned; responsibilities may change and grow over time

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Top candidates for the Sales Experience Administrator position will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

  • · Capable of meeting short-deadline goals on a daily basis and adapting to rapidly changing needs
  • · Highly-motivated, self-starter with good facilitation, project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
  • · Experience and adaptability with a fast changing, complex, dynamic and entrepreneurial working atmosphere
  • · Strong professional presentation, verbal and written skills; communicating with leadership, management as well as internal and external customers
  • · Obtains analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • · Strong computer skills; highly proficient with MS Office and CRM database software

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • · High School diploma required, college degree a plus
  • · Experience in a customer service or retail sales role preferred
  • · Strong communication skills
  • · Punctual, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic
  • · Passion for customer satisfaction
  • · Detail oriented team player
